WCC awarded one scholarship for $100.
This covered 22% of the college cost.
In 2025
Our median award was $3000.
This covered ONLY 5% of the median cost of college.
HELP US MAKE MORE OF AN IMPACT!
Matching Challenge:
Donations will be matched up to $10,000 total.
Deadline for matching funds is April 30, 2026.
50% of all funds received will go towards the 2026 WCC Scholar Fund.
50% will be added to the WCC Lois Hamilton Scholarship Fund at RIF.
401 Gives:
Along with other Rhode island charities, we are participating in Rhode Island's 401 Gives program which takes place from 6 am on March 31 until 6pm on April 1, 2026. All gifts to the Westerly College Club through this program will count towards our $10,000 Matching Challenge. For more information and to give via this program go to 401gives.org.
Holiday Basket Raffle & Silent Auction:
This fundraiser was a great success. Thanks to the chairpersons and all who donated items for the baskets, as well as those who purchased raffle tickets and silent auction items.
