promote fellowship among women in the Westerly area with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

make worthwhile contributions to the cultural and civic life of the community

award scholarships to applicants who meet the qualifications established by the members
The Westerly College Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
WCC Programs
The Club's programs consider a broad range of interests to the community at large, as well as to the membership. For instance, past meetings have addressed such diverse topics as:

We also hold a "Meet the Scholars" event every January to which we invite current scholarship winners to share their stories.
Field trips have included visits to Blithewold Mansion for Christmas Holiday Teas & Daffodil Days (Bristol), The Rhode Island State House, Culinary Arts Museum of Johnson & Wales (Providence), Museum of Work & Culture (Woonsocket), Florence Griswold House (Old Lyme, CT), RISD Museum (Providence), Yale Center for British Art (New Haven), Slater Museum (Norwich, CT), Museum of American Art (New Britain, CT), and the Doris Duke House (Newport, RI).
Every December members gather for the Club's traditional Holiday Gala.
